Featuring as one of melodic house and techno’s favourite duos, Monkey Safari continue to showcase their studio prowess via releases on the likes of Anjunadeep, Bedrock, Get Physical, and their own Hommage imprint. And while the duo continues to impress with a wealth of original material, their next project welcomes a fresh track under their DJ Island ‘collaborative guise’, having unveiled the alias for the disco-fuelled, ‘Sometimes’.

Hot on its heels, their latest release welcomes a debut appearance on Thick As Thieves’ newly launched label, having toured with the Melbourne mainstays years, as they follow material from Super Flu, The Journey, and Not Just Me to deliver their ‘Fix Your Life’ EP.

A sun-soaked anthem guided by resonant piano melodies, infectious soulful vocals, and slinking hats, ‘Fix Your Life’ welcomes a bright, feel-good slice of house music. To contrast, the warping ‘Pills’ dives down a late-night, funk-infused wormhole as acid leads meet skittering drums and bumping bass licks.
