Temm’s first single since the release of her 2023 debut EP, Good Decisions, finds an artist strengthening her grip over her audience with an intensely emotional performance that soars overhead, but isn’t afraid to pull back and reveal the emotional core.

Previous releases have seen Temm praised for her “magical” voice, with Honor Morrison describing ‘Summer Song’ as “the perfect song, soothing in every single way possible”. Alfitude Magazine recognised her connection with the audience – as “a source of comfort and encouragement for any listeners who are struggling with life right now”.

‘Move On’ ushers us in with two dissonant, yet delicate, chord stabs before giving way to Temm’s powerful vocals and the accompanying lush piano-led instrumentation. Gothic motifs of dark and light hint at her folk and indie influences as she winds them into captivating vocals that threaten to break open and send the emotions tumbling out messily all over the floor. Her voice wavers as she reflects on her past decisions, and the places she sought comfort in the wake of a break-up, but the whole affair builds and builds nonetheless until hushing and leaving us with a quiet strength in its final refrain.

Temm will be headlining at the Lexington on April 2, 2024. Following sell-out dates and performances in venues that include O2 Academy Islington, Lafayette, and Hootannany Brixton, you won’t want to miss what’s next.

Speaking about “Move On” TEMM explains that –
“For me, it’s about moving on from a toxic relationship with myself.
Admitting I was destructive with the choices I made – looking for ways to feel alive when I didn’t know how to deal with my trauma/pain. Everyone has to accept their old ways while looking into the unknown future hoping to be braver and stronger for themselves; myself included.”
