Adapter makes his debut on Patrick Topping’s Trick with the energetic ‘I Need U’ EP this January.
Following appearances on heavy-hitting labels such as Desolat, Snatch, and Relief, as well a landmark single on Hot Creations featuring a remix from Topping, Italian producer Adapter turns in a three-track EP of compelling house tracks in ‘I Need U’.
Leading the release, ‘I Need U’ embodies the very kind of dancefloor mania label-boss Patrick Topping’s sets are renowned for. Huge vocals are front and centre as matching synth and bass lines evolve to form a track decidedly geared towards ecstatic moments.
‘Hyperactive’ keeps the energy levels high with crisp drums, detuned pads and a grinding bassline, peppered with light synth plucks and wonky FX. ‘Ponger’ closes out the release with cheeky leads and thumping low end, adding another dose of intensity to an EP which solidifies Adapter’s chops as a producer, as well as Topping’s ear for A&R.
Adapter ‘Hyperactive’ drops on 15th January via Trick.
