Lebanese-American DJ/producer Rony Seikaly is building on his biggest summer to date by unveiling a new chapter for label Stride Records, with his new EP ‘Slap Your Wrist’ landing alongside a new look for the imprint.

A Circoloco resident with regular support from names such as Marco Carola and Seth Troxler to Bedouin, the ex-NBA star has established himself as a favourite within Miami’s vibrant nightlife scene, and this latest EP is another example of exactly why.

His ‘Slap Your Wrist’ EP showcases Seikaly’s genre-blending style of house music, with the label boss “dedicated to shaping the label into a home for emerging talent in the house music realm”. Serving as a must-have for DJs looking to elevate their sets with dynamic, heads-down grooves, the three tracks on the EP bring a combination of driving elements mixed with understated melodic touches.

The release also brings a fresh look to the label, inspired by “retro sports influences and ’90s nostalgia”, aligning with Seikaly’s broader vision for the label moving forward to foster a community-driven outlet for building a sound that “resonates beyond traditional boundaries”.
