Auspicious Djs Mirko Di Florio and Dennis Beutler join forces for their third collaboration, punchy club hit, Single Time, via Ultra Music.
Since learning how to play the piano at just 4 years old, Mirko Di Florio knew that music would dominate his life. He has spent an already promising career embellishing his mantra “A world without music is not my world” with a slew of musical successes.
Di Florio has already collaborated with genre pioneers such as Lee Foss, MK, and Solardo and has released on high profile labels including but not limited to Green Velvet’s Relief in 2019, Sonny Fodera’s Solotoko in 2020, MK’s AREA10 in 2020 and more recently, Jamie Jones’ Emerald City.
Meanwhile, Dennis Beautler danced to electronic music before producing it himself. Inspired by his years of experience as the recipient of electronic exhilaration on the dance floor, Beutler learned how to DJ in his hometown of Berlin, honed his craft in local clubs, and eventually graduated to performing at large events in Germany and Europe and renowned international parties at Ritter Butzke, Basing House, Ipse, Mustache Bar, Jungle Experience, and more. His vibrant, playful house style has earned him record releases on credible labels such as Repopulate Mars, Hood Politics Records, and 303Lovers.
Speaking of his latest release, Mirko Di Florio said:
“Single time is a tech house tune with a warm vibe. It features rolling bassline and groovy drums to make it effective on the dancefloor, while the warm synths and the vocal make it very emotional for the listeners. We started to make this track from the vocal sample and decided to build up the track with a groove that fit with our idea. It took a long time to make the bassline, we must have made around 10 versions. All we needed to do now was build up the synths and Efx section and the game was done. I hope everyone loves it!”
