The latest release from Arms & Legs comes from hot German producer Daniel Steinberg. Carefully honing his craft for the better part of two decades, the prolific artist has paved his way in the electronic music circuit, becoming a prominent creative force in the industry with his unique brand of House and Techno that will ignite any dance floor. Cofounding the imprint with Nils Ohrmann back in 2011, the two use the label to deliver their refreshing take on Tech House, free from commercial influence. His latest release, Friends EP, is a fun-fueled production that thoroughly showcases his distinct sound.
The air is bright and vibes are high on this EP. This stellar release is full of three feel-good tracks that’ll certainly put a delightful smile upon your face. Reminiscent of some of that nostalgic Classic House flavor, the title track “Friends” is coated with warm vocal samples, vibrant beats and infectious grooves that’ll send you blissfuly dancing into sunny days. Shimmering with plenty of sass and soul, “The Watcher” is a high-energy tune, with a dynamic breakdown that’ll have you happily swirling into a lovely dance-induced frenzy. “Sub Zero” keeps the party going, yet slows things down a notch, sublimely wrapping up the release with a rolling bassline and funky vocal cuts, while demonstrating his keen ability to keep those bodies moving all night.
