Two of the UK’s favourite emerging selectors at the helm of one of the capital’s most-loved event series, Elliot Schooling and Liam Palmer are quickly proving that they’re more than just talented DJs who have already ticked off an impressive list of plays from DC10 to fabric, Shelter to After Caposile. Showcasing their developing sound, the duo have taken studio sessions in London and Ibiza to craft their take on house music, linking with Appetite sister Halana Roma for two impressive outings on the label so far. Fresh from the release of the trio’s latest collaboration ‘Travelling Woman’, racking up even more BBC Radio 1 love in the process, Schooling and Palmer return to Appetite Records and bring another dynamic to their burgeoning imprint as unite with a new family member, Lisbon-based vocalist Gabrielle Alexis, for a fresh excursion on their new single, ‘Submission’.

Loaded with catchy hooks, hypnotic synths and Alexis’ eerie yet angelic vocals, ‘Submission’ is a bass-driven, deep house trip that brings the duo’s dancefloor sensibilities for another big release. Joining the package and making his first appearance on the label, North East-based DJ/producer L.P. Rhythm adds to recent outings on You&Me, Dansu Discs, and neXup recz with a fast-paced, rave-inspired flip on the track that showcases his raw 90s influenced sound to a tee.
