Breakout New Jersey house artist Danner (US) continues hot streak with new single ‘Babalica’

Danner (US) has made a lasting impact in a short period with his deep grooves and well-crafted melodic sounds on labels such as Desert Hearts, Coco, Issues, and Rawthentic. Although always aimed at the floor, the key to his sound lies in the depth of the pads, the crisp percussion, and the character that comes from the vocal and synth hooks. He has already reached the peak of the Beatport charts with an EP on the New York label Jack City and is regularly played in clubs by the likes of Solardo, Detlef, and Sosa.

The chunky ‘Babalica’ is a muscular house cut powered by drums infused with a tribal edge. Warped synths reverberate throughout the mix as a fragmented vocal loop brings primeval energy, and toms and scattered hits continue to build up the pressure.
