Los Angeles based DJ and producer Chris Alvarez (Akashic Records) made his DJ debut in 2010, transitioning his love of heavy metal to techno.
As an artist, Chris has generated a consistent tech-house sound that is uncompromising and unconventional, with dark undertones. His authentic signature style has secured him gigs at Sound Nightclub and Exchange LA alongside Cocodrills, Olivier Giacomotto and Black Coffee. Chris’ live sets never conform to current trends, adhere to assumed rules, and always leave the underground dance scene wanting more. Some of his main influences come from artists such as: Paco Osuna, Sinisa Tamamovic, Chus & Ceballos, Simone Liberali and Leonardo Gonnelli.
