SEXPAYS Drops House-Music Laced Sophomore Single Titled ‘BANGBANG’

Following his first release ever under this moniker, SEXPAYS is back once again with his next original single “BANGBANG.” Oozing with upbeat nu-disco energy, “BANGBANG,” gives more definition of what the style of SEXPAYS will be without coming off too redundant between the two productions.

An intentional and pronounced retro atmosphere is at the core of “BANGBANG,” boasting an all instrumental feel. The non-vocal nature here helps drive the listener toward the details and mood of the production rather than anticipating a sung message to latch onto as the takeaway. Yet, SEXPAYS does use a bit of looped vocal jargon to up the flavor of the release – the melodic work brought forth from this moment alongside the brass and funk-filled guitar all plays a role in the positive and energetic atmosphere which permeates this release.
