Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi is one of the newer additions to the Amnesia landscape. After just one season last summer and some huge winter events including one in London that sold out, it is now back at the world renowned club and rolling out some of the most tasteful sounds you could imagine.

It kicked off on July 21st with a serious line up that saw boss man and Italian titan Joseph Capriati joined by Sven Väth, Frank Storm, Indira Paganotto and Andres Campo amongst others. The party is in full swing when we arrive and a large logo hangs above the iconic dance floor. The beats are booming early doors in the main room with breakout star Indira Paganotto the main draw but also playing are Andres Campo, Sara Landry and Skizzo. It’s a potent line up with a diverse outlook and each DJ really brings their own flavours with evolving moods and grooves always keeping the floor full.

On the Terraza is where we have most fun with Frank Storm kicking off with his potent tech grooves, and big drums. The Ibiza legend and Cocoon label head Sven Väth steps up and is in a great mood as he plays with and to the crowd, waving records above his head as he cooks up a colourful mix of deeper and more melodic techno with some big room bangers.

Of course many come for Capriati himself who relishes the packed out dance floor and rolls out plenty of gems that traverse the musical spectrum and show the breadth and depth of his tastes. The crowds lap it up and go everywhere with him. This party is a special chance to catch Joseph serve up his signature sounds in a setting he can now call home. It always puts the music first and is a welcome new party in the Ibiza landscape that should be at the top of your to do list.
