Erick Morillo accused of sexual battery at his Miami home

The alleged incident is said to have occurred this past December following a private gig on Star Island.

According to the arrest report Morillo and two women, one of whom DJed with him at the private function, returned to his house in Miami for drinks, where he made “…several advances towards her, some sexual in nature, but she refused all his attempts.”

The report goes on to say the alleged victim admitted to being intoxicated and waking up in bed naked. After initially denying any wrongdoing, Police report Morillo turned himself in with his attorney following a positive rape kit with Morillo’s DNA.
