The EP opens up with the enlightening, synth-fueled track ‘Growing Pains’– which touches upon how “I hope your pain is the good kind” while stepping into one’s individuality. The project moves into the already-successful and upbeat ‘Day Dreams’, which was released last month, and into ‘Misunderstood’– the emotional, yet powerful song that slows things down with a message about letting go and learning to heal. Mindchatter’s latest dance-fueled single, ‘Pull Me Back’ follows up shortly after, with ‘Tree Rings’, a percussion-fueled love song, occurring thereafter. The insightful project wraps up with ‘Phlegm’– which perfectly vocalizes the mission of the Spiritual Puberty project as a whole.
