“Love In The Blue Zone” is the latest single from montel. For the uninitiated, the Belfast-based producer has appeared on the likes of Hot Since 82‘s Knee Deep In Sound label, Chus & Ceballos’ Stereo Productions, Sante’s Avotre and Leftwing & Kody’s Lost Records and his music has been supported by the likes of John Digweed, Anja Schneider & Richy Ahmed.

And true to his eclectic style there are two contrasting cuts. “Love In The Blue Zone” is a heavyweight festival monster with big vocals, breakbeats and 90s rave stabs. “Station Of The Groove” on the other hand is a re-interpretation of the Jay Denham / Kevin Saunderson classic and a pure tech djs dream. Kevin McKay delivers a remix of both turning “Love In The Blue Zone” into a bouncing tech-house monster and “Station Of The Groove” into a hypnotic Aril Brikha-esque jam.
