Three tracks in, and Becker’s EP for Frame Music makes a strong case for his place among London’s more interesting underground house exports.

“Intergalactic” is the obvious peak time pick, its rubbery kicks and driving bass sitting under warped, cosmic synth work built to land on a big system. “Lose Control” pulls back into rolling minimal, driven by wiggling synth hooks and tight, deft percussion. “Hello Tunisia” is the EP’s wildcard, built from loose broken beats, fragmented vocal snippets and echoing bongos, arranged with enough precision to keep its spacious, off kilter character intact.

Becker, a German born DJ based in London, has previous releases on WYS, Serialism and Horizont Audio, and is a permanent resident with Ritmo London. Intergalactic has been out since 27th August.
