Following a string of acclaimed singles, DJ/producer and Futurescope label boss Dee Montero has unveiled his studio album, ‘Stay Fiction’. A follow-up to his 2022 debut album ‘Artifacts’, the LP sees Montero build on his vision of Futurescope. At the heart of the LP is a poignant reflection on the digital age— identity, autonomy, and connection in an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence — a concept born from a moment before his Robot Heart set when he heard a talk between OpenAI’s Sam Altman and a digital artist at The Loom.
