Robin M releases on Bedouin’s Human By Default, dropping a hypnotic new two-track EP, Tromlitz
The hand-curated imprint Human By Default, founded by globally revered duo Bedouin, continues to cement its reputation as a tastemaker label driven by artistic integrity and forward-thinking curation. With the duo directly overseeing A&R and championing emerging talent from across the underground spectrum, the imprint has become synonymous with emotionally rich, globally informed electronic music. The label now welcomes back London-based producer Robin M for his latest EP offering.
The two-track EP transcends sonics into a mirage-like journey through the desert, weaving floating synths, spellbinding percussion, and immersive grooves into a transportive listening experience. The title track ‘Tromlitz’ unfolds with hypnotic rhythmic tension and deep melodic textures, balancing atmospheric elegance with dancefloor intensity. Meanwhile, ‘Bora Bora’ channels an equally enchanting energy, layering organic percussion and shimmering synth work into a cinematic trip.

The release follows Robin M’s ‘Oneki’ EP and acclaimed collaboration single ‘Heavy On My Mind’ alongside Bedouin and SKYE, as well as previous standout releases on Human By Default. Known for his distinctive blend of percussive, melodic, and globally inspired house music, Robin has also delivered a celebrated remix of Bedouin’s ‘Reason’, while earning support from leading tastemakers including Black Coffee and Jimi Jules
