Following on from Do That Thing on Solotoko Drops Vol 1 EP, rising producer Saffron Stone returns to Sonny Fodera’s esteemed Solotoko label for her new release in the form of the Starstruck EP.
This two track package fires up with lead EP belter Starstruck featuring an abundance of playful synth lines and a weighty sub breakdown. Meanwhile, intricate B-side Love Trap boasts compelling bleeps whilst drawing on the early 90s house era with retro breakdowns and an old-school vocal. Showcasing Saffron Stone’s impeccable ear for a quality house production, the Starstruck EP is set to light up dancefloors globally.
London based Saffron Stone’s career is rapidly gaining momentum, with her productions allowing her to perform at a range of iconic and underground venues whilst being a resident DJ for Sonny Fodera’s Solotoko label events which has seen her tour across the UK. As her following continues to increase, Saffron Stone is becoming renowned for her energetic sets filled with innovation and classics making her a definite artist to watch. With the success of her debut Solotoko single Do That Thing, Saffron has since played at Cuckoo Land in Ibiza and Rise Festival in the French Alpes marking a promising start for her journey. As Saffron Stone becomes a prominent artist on these scene, 2019 will see her return to Sonny Fodera’s UK Solotoko tour, whilst billed for sets at We Are Fstvl and summer shows in Ibiza, Croatia and more.
