Wood Drift makes a great impression with this new EP on the legendary deep house label Do Not Sit On The Furniture.
Buzz kicks off with lovely loose percussion scattered over a rolling beat. It is intoxicating and layered up with lush synths that take the mind to a better place. As Of Yet is filled with rolling toms and wispy synths that pass like fireflies. Chords hang in the air over the wooden drums and make for a hypnotic vibe. Sentimental closes down with a lush seven minute symphony of sound, drums and percussion that warp and weft delightfully.
This is a superb offering from Wood Drift that brings plenty of freshness to modern house music.
