Matt Edward’s Rekids imprint has partnered up with Hello Demo, inviting producers to remix label boss Matt and Patrick Mason aka SRVD’s latest hit single ‘Black On Black’.
Matt Edward’s also known as Radio Slave and Patrick formed SRVD two years ago and since then they’ve toured Europe, the USA, Australia and Asia. Their highly-anticipated track ‘Black On Black’ has gained a huge amount of support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Amelie Lens, Chris Liebing, Charlotte de Witte and many other top tier DJ’s in the industry, whilst receiving critical praise from Mixmag, Resident Advisor, FAZE Magazine and many more.
The Berlin-based label now partners up with Hello Demo for their latest offering, which is a platform focused on changing the way producers send their music for the launch of their Remix Channel, which will allow producers to subscribe and receive remix packages directly into their inbox.
Judged by Rekids, the winner will be included in the forthcoming remix package later this year, with three runners ups receiving their very own label package including vinyl and other merchandise.
“It’s a really exciting opportunity to let fans get their hands on this track and it’s actually the first time we’ve shared any of the stems from the SRVD project”, says Matt Edwards.
This exciting competition will run over the course of two weeks and begins on Friday 17th April, concluding to Friday 1st May.
To enter the competition producers need to click here and subscribe to the channel. They’ll receive an email with instructions to download the parts, view the countdown clock then submit their final remix.
