Israeli techno artist, Roy Rosenfeld, to release Tikkva EP on Marc Romboy’s Systematic Recordings label out April 14th.

Marc Romboy’s Systematic Recordings is a peerless outlet for essential club sounds and now they serve up yet another EP of gold, this time from Roy Rosenfeld. His three cuts are exquisitely moody and atmospheric and are sure to be heard everywhere in the coming months. Roy Rosenfeld is an Israeli producer who always likes to evolve and adapt with each new EP. Having released music on the greatest record labels around like Kompakt, Systematic, Traum, and more, he counts everyone from Dixon to Joris Voorn as fans, and they all play his music.

Ahava is first and is a warm and deep track with bleep melodies and smooth drums that really get under your skin. Filled with emotion in subtle ways it is a fine opener. Hemla is even more subtle and stripped back, with gorgeous synth smears adding colour to the soft and supple grooves. Last of all, Tikkva gets a little more loose and bumpy, with zoned out synths and nice rubbery drums encouraging you to wiggle your rump. It’s heady and dubbed out and finishes off the EP in real style.
