Austin, TX based, vocal-house duo, Glass Slipper charge forward on their indefatigable mission for bringing groove-laden house joints to the masses. Comprised of former Real McCoy (yes…that Real McCoy) vocalist, Lisa Cork-Twiss and producer, Brad Eller, the pair met in the Lone-Star-State capital city back in 2013 and the creative sparks were instant. Fast forward to 2019 and they’re on the eve of releasing their latest single, “I Remember Love,” on the Cape Town, South Africa based label, Oh So Coy Recordings which, incidentally, released their first single ever.

“I Remember Love” is dreamy, deep-house at it’s finest…and not that chin-stroking, v-neck wearing derp-house that passes for deep these days…this is pure, halcyon, circa 2000 San Francisco actual deep house. Crisp beats and dubby flourishes lead into a smooth chord progression that beautifully showcases Lisa’s cooing vocal refrains. Rounding out the package are remixes from Daniel Ray and Zuckre plus instrumental and radio version and it drops this friday, March 15th.
