We’ve got a very special release for you here from Manuel Tur and Adrian Hoffmann going under their Clavis guise. Regular followers of the label will no doubt be familiar with their project having previously released four EP’s on Freerange and gaining a lot of love from the likes of Dixon, Ame and Solomun in the process. The duo have also recently remixed Ane Brun, made a full EP for André Hommen’s These Eyes label and had a track included on the latest Innervisions Secret Weapons V/A under their Amberoom moniker.
Closing out this brilliant release we have Matinada, a gentler, more melodic workout to bring us back to earth following the craziness of Wirefire. Building Crumar string chords add a euphoric feel without getting overpowering and little synth motifs drift in and out of focus keeping things interesting and evolving without becoming cluttered or too dense, something which Clavis are absolute masters of!
