His latest  EP ‘EMOTIONS WE TELL OURSELVES IT IS NOT OK TO FEEL’ is a powerfully emotive opus exploring the challenges of what it is to be young, lost and searching for connection. Touching on themes of mental health and alienation, NICOLAS explores the emotional masks we all wear via captivating vulnerability dressed in club-ready rhythms.

The stunning 6-tracker opens with ‘TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT’ – NICOLAS gravelly FX-drenched vox introduces the key themes of the EP like a time-traveller with a message from the future. Hot on its heels is ‘EVERYTIME I GOT TO BED’, featuring an addictive vocal refrain that imbeds itself in the memory like a thought that reverberates when the lights go out. Propelled by stirring breaks and emotive pads, the track swirls with the complexities of love and raw human emotion.
