Following a series of well-received singles across summer, the full album lays out the Paris-based talent’s take on melodic house and techno across eleven immersive tracks set for release on the label on 24th November 2023.

For a decade, Dorian Craft has been a core part of the French underground landscape. He is a go-to for artists like Black Coffee and Bedouin, who have long supported his sounds on labels like MoBlack, Connected and Diversions Music. It is here on Nicolas Masseyeff’s & Oxia’s Diversions Music label that his latest LP arrives following early singles such as ‘Lost In The Night’ with Paris duo Chambord and solo cut ‘Kilamba’, which was played far and wide by tastemakers such as Âme, Sasha and Jimi Jules.

Opener ‘Over The Falls’ feat. TOSZ is a lush smooth groove with angelic indie vocals. They soar over acoustic guitar melodies and low-slung bass and truly sweep you off your feet. After ‘Kilamba’ – a slow-blooming and entrancing track with sweeping synth work – comes a collaboration with label boss Masseyeff. ‘A Place Called Home’ feat. Joy Tyson is a more dark and menacing sound with a heavy atmosphere and late-night rolling beats, while ‘Neuromantika’ layers up organic percussion, glassy melodies and chunky drums into a steamy and delightful house groove that glows with tropical soul.

‘Eagle’ then welcomes back TOSZ for another serene electronic trip with warm, glowing synth lines and rousing melodies next to a stirring vocal that is like a message from heaven. ‘Lost In The Night’ brings with it a more turbulent and textured bassline and more shadowy vocals for late-night dance floors, and ‘Sacred Eyes’ captivates the mind once more with dreamy chords and vocals that are awash with majestic synth work and airy grooves. Things get deeper and stripped back on the moody ‘Ray Of Light’, feat. Santiago Garcia & TOSZ, before ‘Kiss And Fly’ locks you in a beautiful melodic reverie with its rolling drums and rich layers of synths. To close, heart-melting piano chords and another exquisitely uplifting and pure vocal define the deep house of ‘Set Me Free’, while ‘Temporary Bliss’ offers just that with three minutes of melancholic but beautiful piano playing, freeing your mind of all stress.
