Hailing from the island of Ischia, Italian DJ/producer Blackchild is an artist on the rise and fast becoming one of the most hotly-tipped new names in house music. A regular member of the Solid Grooves family, while also dropping music on Cuttin’ Headz, Hot Creations and Mindshake, his young career has already welcomed many milestones. However, his new project sees him add a second label to his portfolio as he launches NAIMA.
The new label aims to bring together electronic and non-electronic worlds, offering more musical productions that still work for the club. The first single welcomes an exciting collaboration with world-renowned Jazz singer Walter Ricci as the two artists unveil the rich and vibrant sonics of ‘Head On My Shoulder’.
