Sound designer, DJ & Producer Hermanez is in constant evolution, always looking for new targets and challenges to experiment with uncommon, innovative languages through music. For his latest imaginative offering, the Belgium-based artist is teaming up with equally whimsical imprint All Day I Dream to send listeners off into sublime grooves via the Remedio EP.

The project embarks on its placid journey with “Alavanca,” an intentionally introspective track complete with soft-touch percussion and vast soundscapes. This breathable atmosphere offers curative melodies and other sonic elements that lend to the idea one can experience a journey through sonic suggestion. “Tale of the Unexpected” steers the project back into a more punchy, attentive direction. Slowly rising synths build over the first few minutes, before bending into the forefront with warped and winding arp effects. “Areia” is yet even more lively, with woofering percussion leading the listener into deep progressions that spill out into a melodious keys-based arrangement. “Wutaf” wraps up the EP with a lighthearted conclusion that reminds fans of the joyous feeling of wellness experienced in this All Day I Dream universe.

Hermanez has a unique style that transmits passion and adrenaline, dreams and emotions.

His genre evolved within the years and last years went back to more melodic music and organic house. Hermanez is perhaps mostly associated with his grooving, and tribal-flecked tech house productions, which keep finding favor with the great and good including John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Lee Burridge. 2020 has added several successful works to Hermanez’ discography that deserve special attention. Hermanez constantly finds support from top labels and is published on All Day I Dream, Lost & Found, Shanti Radio Moscow, TrybesOf, Akbal, Magician on a duty, Hoomidaas, Souksonic, Edge, Sag & Tre.

Many large venues around the world are happy to see him at their events – he was at Tomorrowland (Belgium), Womb (Tokyo), Thuishaven Lost&Found (Amsterdam), Es Vedra (Buenos Aires), Deep in the palace (Romania), Bessonizza (Moscow) to name a few.

His passion for creating a new sound and finding non-standard solutions evolved into mastering and mixing, helping artists with sound production. Hermanez is set to continue as one of the genre’s most exciting talents in 2022. He remains focused, ambitious, and humble on his journey through music, and looks to prove why he’s a name to watch as the next generation of electronic artists.

All Day I Dream is currently celebrating its 10th anniversary of events and curation. The label’s ethos has always come from a place of love, freedom, creativity and beauty – pioneering a whimsical and melodic style of house music that has made a massive impact on dance music as a whole. Melodic and Organic house have since become their own genres on Beatport, and many other labels have followed suit sonically. Bringing together like minded artists who make and play gorgeous music, as well as a beautiful community of dreamers, All Day I Dream has led the way in inspiring the path that many others continue to follow.

Now, the illustrious outfit is calling those seeking a new kind of experience, and its first-ever camping event.
