On October 19th Maceo Plex heads back to Amsterdam for his own Lone Romantic party.
It happens on Warehouse Elementenstraat and will be a fine showcase of his friends and family that offers a truly immersive experience.
Here we offer you five reasons why you should head out to the party.
The Line-up
Anthony Rother, Ben UFO, Brame & Hamo, I-F, Joy Orbison, Legowelt, The Hacker, Young Marco, Maceo Plex (and also his alias Mariel Ito for more electro stylings) all line up. They speak for themselves and over top notch techno, electro and house.
The Venue
The venue for all this is Amsterdam’s Warehouse Elementenstraat, a one of a kind space that creates a very unique and special atmosphere. It is a throwback warehouse with raw aesthetics and a rough industrial feel at its heart, but all finished off with a warm mood and cool sense of production that will surely make a lasting impression at every party.
The City
Amsterdam is a city with a rich history, and fine cultural heritage. It has a number of great clubs as well as museums, the famous red light district, stoner cafes, lots of lush food and drink and plenty more to keep you occupied before and after the dance.
The Start Time
This one kicks off at 9am so is sure to be full of all sorts of characters. The music, too, is likely to take on a different dimension and find artists step slightly outside their usual remit, so that’s an extra dded bonus.
Maceo’s Amsterdam Relationship
Amsterdam seems to be in love with the Maceo Plex universe and vice-versa. He has hosted shows annually and made appearances on some of the biggest line ups of ADE for many years so this latest chapter in the on-going anecdote is set to have an incredible reception from locals and global heads alike.
