High Tide Recordings set sail once again with a new EP from Stuart King, and a remix from Collective States. This long time dance veteran is best known as one half of Sunday Club but when going solo is a regular at clubs like Space and Warung and has his own slick sound.
The opening track, Maze is a cheeky house bumper with a great bass line that bobbles along beneath airy vocals. Sci-fi pads flesh out the groove with real atmosphere and then Collective States remix it into a frazzled and late night burner for those who like grizzled beats.
