A new chapter in Ibiza’s inimitable nightlife begins with the arrival of Paradiso Ibiza, an immersive cocktail experience now open inside the legendary Pacha Ibiza nightclub. A visionary collaboration between The Pacha Group, global pioneers of club culture, and Group Confiteria, the creative minds behind some of Barcelona’s most lauded venues, Paradiso Ibiza reimagines the island’s pre- and post-party ritual – offering a heady fusion of haute mixology and dreamlike design.


At the helm is Giacomo Giannotti, the award-winning maestro behind Paradiso in Barcelona, crowned the Best Bar of 2022 by World’s 50 Best Bars. Voted Best Barman of Spain and Best Italian Bartender Abroad, Giannotti is revered for his theatrical flair, technical mastery, and boundless imagination. For Ibiza, he brings a specially curated cocktail experience that blurs the lines between performance, craftsmanship, and fantasy.

The 14-signature cocktail menu is a reimagined tribute to Paradiso’s most iconic drinks – each one rooted in precision and playfulness, brought to life with Mediterranean botanicals, tropical fruits, and locally sourced ingredients. From the fluorescent Kryptonite to the smoky refinement of The Great Gatsby, the Paradiso Ibiza lineup continues with refreshing summer signatures such as the Paradiso Mule, Tartufo Gin & Tonic, and the refreshing Amalfi Spritz. Alongside these tantalising drinks, elevated non-alcoholic creations also ensure every guest finds their pour. Beyond the menu, the experience is brought to life through live cocktail performances, seasonal innovations, and guest appearances from globally renowned bartenders, handpicked by Giannotti himself.

Conceptualised by UK firm GRAPES DESIGN, the interiors of Paradiso Ibiza unfold as a surreal escape within the beating heart of Pacha Ibiza. The space is anchored by a glowing circular bar sheathed in honeycomb-textured panels, radiating a warm, golden luminosity that draws guests into its orbit. Sculptural seating wraps around softly lit geometric forms, while tree-shaped columns stretch into curved, organic ceilings, creating a layered environment of retrofuturism and natural elegance. Dynamic visual projections animate the space with colour and movement, crafting an otherworldly atmosphere where fantasy becomes part of the ritual.

Operating nightly from 11PM between the months of June to October, Paradiso Ibiza is exclusively accessible to Pacha Ibiza ticket holders and patrons. With three discreet entrances – from the VIP Garden, via the Pacha Restaurant staircase, and the main entrance of Pacha Ibiza – it’s a hidden world within one of the most celebrated addresses in global nightlife.
