Coming from fresh London imprint, Repeat After Me. The “Apoloa” EP is a groove laden 3 tracker supplied by label boss Rob Anderson. Since cutting his production teeth with releases on Flashmob Records, Under No Illusion and Twisted Fusion, he now steps out on his own to steer a label based on his own unique sound and vision.

Kicking off the labels first package is title track ‘Apoloa’, bringing with it a thunderous groove that’s at home on a dance floor of any size. Solid low end and glistening hats sit over a rich rolling baseline, littered with Rob’s trademark twisted synths and warped vocals. This is a proper club tune whichever way you look at it.

Wasting no time, Repeat After Me recruit Hot Creations and VIVa MUSiC stalwart, Denney to give the title track a punchy rework. Layering rolling percussion and synth stabs over the driving baseline, Denny delivers yet another peak time dance floor workout that we’ve become accustomed to from his productions.

Rounding off the EP with a darker B-side firmly trenched in after party territory, ‘Teaser’ brings a moody synth baseline pushed forward by a driving kick drum. Twisted highs and dark modulated vocals round out a track that builds and rises with ease. One to keep an early morning dancefloor moving, if you are hearing this it’s likely almost home time.
