Interview with Dennis Cruz

How did you first get introduced to underground dance music?
I started in the school one friend had turntables and a mixer at his home, and since i tried it i couldn’t stop playing and going parties in Madrid.

What has been the most exciting turning point of your career so far?
Can be playing all around the word, love to visit new countries, making new friends and enjoying all parties, i think ill never get bored about this.

Where is your home base? If someone were visiting there for the first time, what clubs and/or parties and/or restaurants would they want to check out?
I live in Madrid, theres lot of good clubs, parties and restaurants, to name a few you have to go to Fabric is the biggest club in Spain and also Goya Social club a small club but with an amazing vibe always love to play there, and about restaurants difficult to choose one Madrid food is so good also you can go tapas and pinchos in lot of taverns.

What advice would you give to an aspiring producer?
My advice is to work hard, and try to make it simple. Sometime in the studio we complicate to much and always simple is better.

Do you have any hobbies outside of music?
Love Sport, going out with my friends , eat, movies, series…

What are some touristy things you do while playing in a foreign city?
